Data processing in Iver's support system
At Iver, your privacy is our priority. We want to inform you about how we handle and protect the information we process about you. Below, you will find details on how we manage personal data in relation to your use of the support system.
Iver's customer portal provides access to information about our services and features. By signing an agreement with Iver and utilizing the associated information and functionalities, you also consent to the processing of personal data when accessing the customer portal or contacting support via chat or phone.
Purpose and scope
As part of complying with agreed services and functions, enabling the sharing of information, and providing access to features and secure direct communication between Iver and those who use Iver's services, personal data is processed in connection with access to and use of the customer portal, chat, or switchboard.

Technical and organizational measures
Our security measures are established through our information security management system and certified in accordance with ISO 27001. These measures include, but are not limited to:
  • Access to the information is limited to what is needed
  • Personal accounts are used for administrative tasks.
  • Information is encrypted as far as possible
  • Activities are monitored and logged for security and investigation purposes
Your rights
In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to access information about what personal data we process about you, as well as the right to request correction of your personal data. Under certain conditions, you also have the right to request deletion or restriction of our processing of your personal data, or to object to our processing.
